Paul writes, “Taken at Greenock in February 1968.  Remember when they were stationed in the Atlantic sending in observations?  One of them was well off the Irish Coast somewhere.  Think their names were Weather Monitor and Weather Surveyor.  Were they run and crewed by the MetOffice?  Would be interested to hear if anyone was on them.  Sorry about the poor quality pic but they are interesting vessels.”
